WICS at UU Open Days

WICS joined the Bachelor Open Days on March 16, 2019, to let the visitors see (more) female role models from the department. Amber and Anna-Lena were present to answer questions of potential students and their companions, but more importantly the WICS stand had information material for them to take home: One-page leaflets prepared by female staff and students of the department, telling a bit about what they do and describing a problem from their field that the readers can try to solve or think about. WICS is also going to make these leaflets available for download at this website.
